Project team

Established in 1952, Kamori Kanko is the largest tourism, resort and leisure company in Hokkaido. For more than half a century, we have been transmitting the splendor of Hokkaido to the world, such as Hokkaido's first large-scale amusement park, year-round resort, and holding national snowboarding competitions.

Successful examples of Kamori Kanko's international business have also been the subject of research by Harvard University students. Under the direction of the current chairman, Kimihito Kamori, Kamori Kanko is developing a number of tourism businesses in Japan and overseas, including ski resorts, golf clubs, wildlife sanctuaries, and tour operations.

Architecture and interior

The architecture and interior of The Vale Rusutsu is supervised by Peter Hahn. After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Hahn gained experience at world-renowned companies such as Rafael Vinioli Architects' Office and Taniguchi Architectural Design Institute, and in 2001 Peter Hahn Associates Limited (PHA) Was established. PHA has succeeded in a wide range of projects from private housing to large-scale urban development including offices and retail, and has a wealth of experience in Niseko. In recent years, we have been focusing on hospitality design in luxury hotels and resort areas.

Real estate management

Niseko Alpine Developments (NISADE) was founded in 2005, inspired by the powder snow at Niseko Hirafu Ski Resort, which boasts top-class snow quality. NISADE has developed a number of comfortable boutique ski hotels, offering a proud and consistent service from design, construction to management and sales. This time, as a new step, we will provide the world's best service at Rusutsu.
