In 1990, Kazuko moved to the United States and was involved in property management for Japanese customers at a major Japanese real estate company in Hawaii. Later, she moved to the mainland of the United States, where she was mainly involved in the brokerage of home sales for local Americans at Coldwell Banker, a long-established American real estate company in Pennsylvania. Since 2010, she has lived in New York, and has been a Japanese real estate company in New Jersey and the suburbs of New York. Also involved. After working for the long-established Furumoto Real Estate for several years, she became independent as the first Japanese real estate company in New York in 2017, and in 2019 she launched a real estate investment company focusing on consulting services for international investors. In partnership with local architects and developers, focusing on sales brokerage of luxury residential properties and commercial properties (hotels, profitable buildings, etc.), and investment property management for overseas investors, mainly in New York and Manhattan. She is engaged in renovation work to increase the value of the property. She also handle support and M & A projects for Japanese companies expanding into New York.
Since 2022, as a real estate brokerage company, “Boylan Group”, she brokers the sale and purchase of investment properties throughout New York State, including New York City, Syracuse, Buffalo, and Niagara City. She also launched a real estate management company, “Boylan Properties”, and undertakes construction work, including property management for investors after purchase.
She has participated in many real estate associations as an officer, and is the largest Asian NPO in the United States. She is the chairman of Japan Connect in 2017 and an officer of the International Council in 2018. She holds the title of Executive Officer of the International Business Council for 2017-2020 and International Property Specialist (CIPS) at the National Association of Realtor, the world's largest real estate organization. She has been a board member since 2020 by the New York State Realtor Association and the local Hudson Gateway Real Estate Association.

Born and raised in Tokyo, Mami moved to Hawaii in 1988 after studying music at Ferris Women’s College in Yokohama, Japan. She’s been a Hawaii realtor since 1998, and a long-established leader in Hawaii’s market, specializing in second home market and serving foreign investors. Most of her business comes from referral clients, a testament to the trust and confidence. Mami also worked closely with the developers in Waikiki in 2016, is knowledgeable and experienced in development sales.

Hiroko was born in Kyoto and graduated from Osaka University of Foreign Studies. After joining Recruit Co., Ltd., in the production and sales departments, she became the editor-in-chief of a housing information magazine. She also serves as a vision review committee member for the new housing industry of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and has given lectures at numerous public institutions and private companies. Since moving to the United States in 2004, she has been active as the editor-in-chief of a Japanese information magazine for the local community. She belongs to RE/MAX ESTATE PROPERTIES now and is involved in real estate sales and leasing of housing and investment properties mainly in the West Side and South Bay of Los Angeles as a real estate agent. Atsuko was born in Tokyo. After graduating from high school in Pennsylvania, she went on to college in California and graduated. After that, she studied trading at a Japanese trading company and established an export company in 1992 to become independent. In 1998, she became a mortgage broker, established Capital Lending Network in 2006, became independent, and launched Global Estate Link in 2015. In 2016, she partnered with Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates to start handling commercial properties. Akiko established a company in Tokyo at the same time as graduating from Waseda University. After working as a lecturer dispatch business for foreign-affiliated companies and consulting to support North American companies entering the Japanese market, she moved to the United States in 2010. Also, she established a real estate investment company and others based in Columbus, Ohio. After acquiring real estate brokerage qualification in 2011, she recorded the transaction volume of the top new agent. In the area where Japanese companies have a shortage of rental properties, she introduces the properties for sale that the expatriates have decided to move in to investors and mediate the purchase. The system that allows expatriates to move in at the same time as closing has been well received by expatriates and investors of Japanese companies, and entered Alabama in 2019. She has lived in San Francisco since 1993 and obtained hers California real estate license in 2007. She has worked for ZipRealty, a pioneering real estate tech company, and Paragon Real Estate, a luxury real estate company, and currently works for COMPASS, the No1 luxury real estate tech company in San Francisco (approx. 40% market share). She is involved in the sale, purchase, leasing, and consulting of residential and investment properties in San Francisco and the surrounding SF Bay Area.
